What is HDTV capable component video switching? I am considering buying last years Onkyo 500 receiver. This years model, 501 has the above, however I would like to save some cash. Is it worth it?

It means you can plug multiple component video sources (DVD players, game systems etc) into the reciever and have the video source switch along with the audio.

HDTV capable means the circuits have enough bandwidth to not distort the signal
