I know I made a similar post a while back. Now, on the copy I exchanged, it skips at the beginning! This thing went from Baboon's Ass Tin right to another case! Never dropped! Never screwed with it! Is this Artisan's crappy DVD's or just bad luck for me?

I'd say it is bad luck. I haven't had a single problem with my version.
