I've purchased the same DVD, 5 times; 3 from Amazon, 2 from Walmart. All of them were defective, playing music, but no other audio of actors speaking. This is clearly a large batch production issue that I can't seem to communicate to anyone. Warner Media sends me to Spectrum Media who puts me on endless hold. I want to return one directly to the manufacture for replacement, as simply returning one to Amazon or Walmart just gives me another defective replacement. Any ideas?
