Suddenly (probably kid related) when I click on a link and open a new window, it's opened in a minimized state. How do I get it to open full screen?

It should remember the last size. Try maximizing and close it. Open it again and it should appear as you left it.

Open an IE window to the position and size you want then close the window but holding down CTRL at the same time.

Yeah, you have to manually size it the way you want it. Usually just hitting the maximize button and closing won't do it.

Actually, if you hit Maximise, then CTRL and Close Window it does stay like it. At least it does with IE6 on XP.
