DeepDiscountDVD - COnfirmation Orders not appearing in my account (1 Viewer)

Has anyone else had this problem occur? As it has been 2 days and still no order confirmation email with the order number? Doesnt it usually take 24 hours for it to appear in your account?

I had the same problem for months. I couldn't get any email from them, even when they tried to email me a return label. Eventually they fixed the problem. You might want to email their tech support to let them know.
