Deepdiscount shipping time to Europe (1 Viewer)

Hello.
I was wondering if anyone from Europe has ordered again from Deepdiscount, and especially at this time of year.
It's the first time I ordered and while my order shipped on November 30th, it still hasn't arrived.
I don't want them to refund my order because I can't find those WAC Blurays I'm after at amazon (which by the way, takes about 2 weeks for my package to get here). But it seems this cannot be solved in another way, if my package doesn't arrive here.

Also, does anyone know of any other alternative for WAC blurays that ships to Europe?
I'd appreciate any response.

I use Deepdiscount for shipping to the UK, usually takes 3-4 weeks. I also use importcds which takes a similar time. Both add VAT which prevents customs delays and additional UK postal charges.
