sMy current setup is:

CC paradigm 170

sur paradigm adp70's

sub infinity bu120

mains cerwin vega d-5's

amp sony dts

rptv hitachi 53hdtv

My problem is with the cerwin vegas. They are old, big and more importantly the way my family room is setup cannot be placed in the right position on either side of tv. The wife, decorator police, doesn't want to hear about a rearrangement.

My question is can I replace the cerwin vegas with the adp70's (they'll fit nicely) and buy another pair of surrounds. If this works then there will be peace in the land again.

Thanks for any advice!

Dipoles for mains would be very odd. You really need front firing speakers there.
