Ok. I need help making this decision. I am contemplating on purchasing the Denon 3802 to coincide with my reference series Klipsch speakers. Currently, I have the Yamaha 795a connected to a prologic receiver for 6.1 sound.

For thanksgiving, I can get it online with the Good Guys at an incredible offer of $100 off, free shipping, and no sales tax for a grand total of $929.

Originally, it was $999 with $50 off- $949, but I purchased the 33 month extended warranty for $100 off, to bring it down to $929.

What do u guys think? Should I go for it!!!!

If you want pure price go to www.yahoo.com, click on the shopping link and do a search on Denon 3802. I found it for as low as $695. I don't know if they are authorized or not or if they offer an extended warranty. Make sure to compare shipping charges as a consideration on final price. Many of these places offer a fantastic price and then rape you on shipping.
Also don't trust the price listed on yahoo. Click on the link to the individual stores. Many times the price listed on yahoo is wrong, but it's good as a guide.

I just bought one from these guys this morning:
http://209.219.255.180/detail.tpl?sk...&productid=931
I was gonna pass on the parts/labor/shipping warranty but they finally offered it at $55 for 3 years so I went for that. I checked out several vendors and they all were getting about $35 for shipping. They have them in stock and mine will ship Mon.
We'll see. Great price if so.

I believe that GoodGuys are an authorized dealer. However, you can get it for $884 delivered from a definite authorized dealer, Crutchfield. Here is how to go about it:
1. Go to http://www.crutchfield.com/msn/S-Iha...dayReward.html and sign up for a free passport.
2. Go through ebates and link to http://www.crutchfield.com and this will get you $5 back.
3. Add the 3802 to your cart. The price is $999.99 plus $13.99 shipping. When you check out, there should be a coupon box. If you know someone who bought something from Crutchfield in the past, then enter their customer number in the coupon box. This will deduct $25 from the cost. Then click on the MSN passport when checking out. In a month or two you will receive a $100 check from MSN.
So if my math is correct, it will breakdown as follows:
$999.99 + $13.99= $1013.98 - $5 - $25 - $100= $883.98.
Good luck.
