Deciding between these 3 27" TVs (1 Viewer)

I am going to be purchasing a new 27" TV for the start to a second HT. I am deciding between these 3 models; Sony KV-27FS100 - $699, JVC FA44 - $549, and the Toshiba 27AF43 - $549, all in Cdn dollars. If anyone can make any suggestions about these 3 , and any good/bad points about them, I would appreciate it.

in less of 30" always go sony, but if you want to go cheaper then toshiba, toshiba always has good picture and quality

Members are constantly complaining about problems with their Sony's , but in the same breath rave about their picture quality, go figure. It's hard to go wrong with the Toshiba and if you get a chance, please look at the Samsungs because alot of members rave about them also.
