Thanks to a distraction while placing my order (yes, I know I shouldn't do things like this while I'm at work), I accidentally ordered 1 of something I wanted 4 of. So I dashed an e-mail off to Inetdvd.com's customer service address asking them to cancel the order. That was Monday. Today I checked my account and found that my order was complete. Super. I just paid almost $6 in shipping for less than $4 worth of merchandise. I'm thrilled. Still no sign whatsoever that Inetdvd has even received my e-mail. On a related note, can anyone recommend another good source for DVD cases? I don't foresee much of a future relationship with Inetdvd. Thanks!
