Dear Inetdvd: Please read your customer service e-mail (1 Viewer)

Thanks to a distraction while placing my order (yes, I know I shouldn't do things like this while I'm at work), I accidentally ordered 1 of something I wanted 4 of.

So I dashed an e-mail off to Inetdvd.com's customer service address asking them to cancel the order.

That was Monday. Today I checked my account and found that my order was complete. Super. I just paid almost $6 in shipping for less than $4 worth of merchandise. I'm thrilled.

Still no sign whatsoever that Inetdvd has even received my e-mail.

On a related note, can anyone recommend another good source for DVD cases? I don't foresee much of a future relationship with Inetdvd.

They do seem to be a little tardy on the email responses of late. They do have a telephone number available & I've called them at least once in regards to a service question. It is not a toll free number, so it depends if you want to spend a few cents.:rolleyes
