I saw this (twice) whehn first released and found it hilarious - some of the best physical comedy since the silent days. It was distributed by Fox then, but never, EVER appeared on video in any format. Now, I understand you have not delved into foreign language films much, but this French film is an underseen classic worthy of attention. If you don't currently hold the rights, do you know who does? Thanks for any info.

I don't know if Fox still controls the US distribution rights anymore, but a region 1 edition disc was released in Canada. This supplier, based in Baltimore sells it, but it looks like they've jacked up the price ($39.99 US)

You might want to try exploring DVD retailers based in Quebec.
