Usually DishDepot is a good place to start. They list all the current deals through Dishnetwork and also have great prices on hardware. Although, you usually have to sign up for a year of service for such deals. There are plenty of other internet dealers such as Satteliteone and others.

I bought my dish from http://www.thesatelliteguy.com . This place had the best deal when I bought my dish 500 system. I think I spent $50 for the whole thing.
