Being cheap, I've been shopping for a 32" 4K monitor for some months now. I ended up buying the LG 32UN650K off Amazon for $200.

This is an older model - the user manual copyright is 2018. But the unit I received was mfg. dated July 2024 so they aren't really "old stock".
So far it's been an amazing bargain. Might be somewhat of a close out since it doesn't do USB-C, only Display Port and HDMI. But that's all my Dell 3060 puts out anyway. It's not a "gaming monitor" as it's only 60 Hz refresh but for non-gamers it's a great PC monitor. The unit I received does not appear to have ever been delivered to an end user. Asian manufacturers often label an item "refurb" if it fails first test at the factory and gets some factory rework. I know Onkyo does this so maybe LG does it too. Even the integral speakers aren't too bad for watching PC videos. The enclosed HDMI and Display Port cables help make this a deal.
The exact same seller sells it on eBay too - where he just lowered the price to $188.
