I just saw a notice over at http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/ about Season 2 of The Dead Zone and the contents. So, I did a quick price search and to my surprise saw that Deep Discount DVD has it for $23.99 - over half off the list price of $49.95. I have no idea how long they'll have it for this price, but it seems a good idea to order while the price is so good. I believe it comes out on June 8.
