Dead Projector (NEC XG110) Help!!

    MY NEC XG110 has now power, no lights, and no soung coming from the unit.
    Any technical help onwher I should look for the problem would be appreciated.

    I assume you did not hear any exploding glass prior to this? Check your cooling filter to make sure it is clean and free of dust. Be careful not to stir up a lot of dust or else this could contaminate the inside of the projector (and the LCD panels). If you are not already doing so, make sure filter is always clean or bulb can overheat. Always use the correct power down sequence so the fans can cool off the bulb properly eg, never do a hard power down). . Unplug the unit for a couple of minutes then replug and try to turn on. (Make sure source is good of course).

    The XG110 is not an LCD machine.
