dead pixels (1 Viewer)

Can anyone give me any info on dead pixels on lcd front pjs ? is one acceptable ? do warranties cover this? Do they go away ? Is there any way to fix?

Each company varies. Some have for example: 2 red, 3 green and 7 blue are acceptable. If you want a direct answer call the company you have interest in. The above was just #'s thrown out.
Though I did have 1 dead blue pixel and Sanyo took it back because it was in the center area of the screen.
