Dazzle DV Editor or Pinnacle Linx 1394 card.Help me choose which DV software to keep. (1 Viewer)

I bought both for my HP 8860 to go with my new Sharp DV camcorder. Which is better? I also bought a Kaser sis315 3D/2D AGP graphics accelerator and Dazzle digital video creator 80 which is a USB connector with software for analog video camcorders and VCRs.

So what do I need to keep and what should I get rid of?

No I haven't opened them up to try. I thought someone could give me their experience. My DV battery is bad and I'm waiting for it to arrive but I have 2 more days before the return period is up.
