David Lynch was on Leno(Halloween night) and Jay Leno wanted Lynch to describe what MD was about.
Lynch replied, "I'm not going to tell you what it's about. You have to come up with your on preception/thought(s) about the movie"
Then something funny Lynch said, Jay asked Lynch "When was your last vacation?"
Lynch replied "I dont know."
That reminded me of the bedroom scene in his movie.

I also forgot to mention that, Lynch said, if he could describe MD in one sentence, it would be "A love story in the city of dreams."
