It's weird, but his death really kinda bummed me. I don't know why. I have no great Dave Thomas storys to tell, never met the guy, but I was truly sad yesterday.

I did get a double with cheese, fries and diet coke yesterday, in his honor!

Dave Thomas started his first restaurant in Columbus, Ohio. (I've been to it, FWIW. ) Anyway, The Columbus Dispatch had quite a bit of coverage in today's paper about him. You can find it on the web here.

Man, that really sucks. :frowning:
I almost always had Wendy's for lunch at work. Could never get enough of their burgers! I think I'll have a Wendy's Triple Classic Cheeseburger for dinner tonight in Dave's honor. Best-tasting burgers I've ever had.
