does anyone have any info regarding the Philip Ridley film, The Passion Of Darkly Noon AKA Darkly Noon Le Jour Du Chatiment ? it has been released in Region 2 but may be presently Out Of Print.

if anyone has it, please post your thoughts on the DVD, i believe it has directors commentary? also if you know of a trustworthy site i can buy this DVD i would really appreciate any help, thank you.

also if anyone has info on a DVD of his other film The Reflecting Skin.

...DARKLY NOON: the French DVD [R2/PAL / DVD-5 / 1.85:1 non-anamorphic letterbox / MPEG (=DD-compatible) soundtrack / 'locked' French subs when English soundtrack is selected / Director's commentary] is OOP...

...in the UK the movie is only available on (shudder!) VHS... while the UK VHS of REFLECTING SKIN is OOP...

...neither movie is currently, nor has ever been, available on DVD in R2 Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, or in R4 Australia (I know, I checked!)...

(thinks) ...I should get a life, I really should!
