Danse Macabre (for all you synth-pop no/new-wave indie kids)

    just a friendly reminder to anyone that listens, the new album by local heroes The Faint is hitting the stores next Tuesday. the album is titled Danse Macabre and it's really great. the press is really starting to build for our little new-wave Omaha boys, and i think that this record is going to be very big for them(by indie standards of course). the fellas are also heading out on the road next week to support the album. if you want to see an amazing live show, the likes of which haven't been seen since 1984, you must catch these guys. for those lucky enough to be in Omaha, the CD release show is Friday night at Sokol Auditorium on 13th and Martha (upstairs, not the Underground) and they'll be playing with the two other best bands in town, Cursive and Bright Eyes, it should start around 9:00.
