A sad loss. At least we can be grateful that she had a long, fruitful career and life.
To me, the definitive Eliza Doolittle, and there's nothing I don't love about Ms. Hepburn!
Sorry to hear about this. She was an excellent actress and loved by many. It's times like this that I want to hear Vera Lynn's "We'll Meet Again" just for some time to reflect.
I had just watched the Powell/Pressburger film "I Know Where I'm Going" last week. A great film with a very hard role for Hiller, and she pulls it off.
I remember her most as Princess Dragomiroff in Murder on the Orient Express (1974). That character was the obvious model for Gary Oldman's Dracula.
"I Know Where I'm Going", what a wonderful world, where there are such movies and performances...
