I am getting ready to purchase an InFocus X1 projector and a Da-Lite Model B with CSR and Hi-Power fabric. In preparation, I have been researching the installation of the screen. In the brochure for the screen it says it can be ceiling flush-mounted. In the Installation instructions, however, it says to use hooks and warns not to mount securely becuase the screen needs to move forward and backwards.
Since this will be mounted in my family room, I would like to flush mount it on the cieling. Is this going to be a problem? Can anyone shed some light on how they mounted theirs? Please note I cannot wall mount it since I have a RPTV it will have to pull down in front of.
Sorry if how to mount should be obvious, but I do not have the screen yet so I am going by what I find on Da-Lite's page.
Thanks,
Shan
