I'm becoming more and more a music purist everyday, withstanding the usage of DSPs for processing my music needs. I have a Sony CDX-M610 in the SUV and I keep finding myself turning off the D-Bass.
Is D-Bass a form of DSP? I would tend to think yes, as it boost (artificially) the lower end of the signal to varying degrees.
