Woohoo, I got an Indiana last week, they have an indy car on the back with "Crossroads of America" blazed on it.

I am still missing Tennessee and Louisiana.... So far Rhode Island being the hardest one to find so far though.

So how are you folks out there doing?

I am only missing a Louisiana "P" and an Indiana "D" from those quarters released so far.

While certainly not as fun as collecting via getting change while shopping I do have proof sets that were purchased from the US Treasury.

My quarters are all 'P' ones so far, I haven't been saving the 'D' ones though I probably have a bunch in my change pile.

There's one more to be released this year then we all get to wait til 2003.

I just got a Tennessee "P" quarter this past weekend, has the music (graceland) kind of theme to it... I forgot I also had a Louisiana so I am now up to date, waiting for Mississippi's release shortly...

The TN quarter has a trumpet (West TN/jazz), guitar (middle TN/country) and fiddle (east TN/bluegrass-folk).

I am missing the TN and LA ones. It seems that I got the east coast states easier than the midwest ones. Are the releasing the quarters regionally and I have to wait for midwest people to travel east so that they get mixed into the circulation?

I have gotten a P of every quarter including an Indiana. THe D's have been much harder for me in NC. I think I read something at the Mint site a couple of years ago that said that all quarters would not be released in all states so I guess quarters from states on the opposite coast will be harder to get.
