Did anyone else catch tonight's CSI? It reunited William Petersen and Tom Noonan (of the Manhunter cast). I thought it's set up for some more fun down the line between their respective characters on CSI. The last shot of seeing the key in Zeph's mouth makes the whole Manhunter vibe take on another dimension. This could be fun later this season.

Greg is so funny. He's what is missing on CSI:Miami. Greg is the one that gives the levity of the show while giving us the lowdown on the evidence collected.

I hope that Noonan will be something of a reoccuring nemesis for Petersen, after all, every Holmes needs his Moriarity.

was it just DFW or did the HD broadcast get screwed?

they tried the HD for the first 1/2 hour to 45 mins..and it was blipping every other second and then they switched to 4:3 SD

they fixed the problem and i was able to watch Without a Trace in HD

anyone else with the same prob?

    episode was very good btw..

I experienced no problems with the HD broadcast (ota) in Washington, DC. Great show.

I missed it - Halloween gremlins at my door and in the programming of the VCR...

If anyone is willing to share a copy of the show via videotape, send me an e-mail...

    (loved Manhunter, by the way)

Loved seeing Noonan show up! Always wondered what happened to him after Manhunter.....hadn't seen him in anything else. Get the feeling Petersen pulled a couple of strings to get him on...but so much the better for us viewers![IMG] Great episode....though they've ALL been good this year....

Noonan appears briefly in "Eight Legged Freak" which just showed up on DVD last week (I think).

Like usual, it was another great episode. CSI has probably become my favorite show. I've tried watching CSI:Miami but so far it just hasn't clicked with me. The people in the cast of CSI (Las Vegas) are much more interesting.

The HD broadcast from Sacramento (OTA) was fine. There was about a 3 second blackout at one point but everything came back and continued without problems.

It was cool seeing Noonan and Peterson reunited. I agree that I'd love to see him as a recurring character.

I recognized Tom Noonan from playing "John Lee Roche" in the X-files episode "Paper Hearts". It was one of the best stand alone episodes from that show IMHO. For some reason my UTV started a little into the show and cut it off before the end...kind of a bummer. Was this episode longer than an hour?

Wayne for some reason, at least on the east coast, the episode started about a minute early and ended about three minutes late.

    Doug Craig,
If you are internet savvy, you can probably download the episode from IRC by now. I was stuck watching the Monk premiere rerun (which I enjoyed immensely), so I'll be doing the same thing.
