I just added the Polk cs400i to my system. Was reading the manual(for a change)and Polk recommends setting this speaker to the large setting. All my other Speakers are set to small. Was wondering if anyone has this speaker set to large and can it handle the power ? Thanks for your help.
    My System:
    Yamaha RX-V795
Toshiba SD-3109 (Have ordered the SD-5700)
    Polk RTA-8 Mains
    Polk CS400i Center
    Polk F/X300i Rear
    Velodyne CT-150
    Mitsubishi WT-46809

The 400 will run fine on the large setting but I've found the small setting to sound better in my setup.

Definitely small for ALL speakers for HT. I have read Polks recommendations regarding small/large speaker settings and find those recommendations to be poor and in conflict with just about anyone else who's opinion I respect. Brian Florian (sp?)at The Secrets of Home Theater and High Fidelity has a great post on the subject but I can not find the link. Perhaps someone else here has the link and could post it.
