The thing that makes this tough is that the clue was a "famous film" and when its the 60s just about every famous film I can think of that was a TV series was a Fox film originally. We've mentioned all of them except "Long Hot Summer" (1965-66) but that wasn't unique for producer Dean Reisner so we can forget that one.

Fox seemed like the kings of movie-to-TV adaptations since The Fox Hour from the 1950's.

This trend continued well into the 1980's, with 9 to 5 and Mr. Belvedere.

it isnt popular enough to get a release.

and look how old it is.

it was doing such a good job, gathering dust on the shelf.
