Here's a Barnes & Noble certificate. 25% off one book if you pay with a Mastercard:

Well, if anyone is actually looking to buy a book, instead of movies, and also have B&N membership, there's also a 40%-off-one-book coupon for B&N members (usable once online and once in store). Expires today (11/29), so act fast. Would've posted earlier, but didn't think anyone here would be all that interested.

I don't believe you actually need to use a Mastercard for any of these coupons -- I've never needed to myself either in store or online (and it seems others also haven't had any problems using something other than MC).

Just be careful that the "books" retain the aspect ratio originally intended by the author.

LOL. If these "books" have subtitles, they surely must be trickling in one letter at a time ticker-tape style in the old fashioned way.

FWIW, I couldn't resist making use of the coupon and ended up picking up this book w/ it (using an Amex points-funded GC):

Had been wanting to pick up a book or two of this sort for the photographic illustrations (as my kids become more and more interested in such things). Would've prefered to pick it up in person so I could check it out more thoroughly before buying, but didn't have time to hit the store before the coupon expired...
