Yes. I have been saying that. Streaming didn’t replace physical, it replaced Blockbuster. Even back in the day, a store like Suncoast was a niche store. A Spencer’s for film fanatics.

Suncoast was one of my go to places at my local mall as a kid growing up in the 90's. It's where I built my DVD collection back in 1999.

Yes, we had SunCoast and Tower in Charlotte which I frequented, but I actually preferred Media Play. It was closer to my house, and it was a one-stop shop for DVDs, laserdiscs, VHS, books, and magazines, all of which were my passions. Alas, all of them are gone now.
