My disc came and immediately used my $10 coupon
Basically for what I bought all it covers is tax and shipping !

Can someone clarify? I cannot find a discussion of a defective disc. I bought Citizen Kane during the BN sale last fall and haven’t opened it. What is the defect, how do I confirm I have the defect and how do I rectify it?
