The special features in the Criterion set (The Complete Citizen Kane documentary plus Robert Carringer's video essay) are worth more than all that swag IMO. Also, that looks like pretty much the same stuff that accompanied Warner's original special edition Blu-ray release (which I already have):

European release of 'Citizen Kane' 4K UHD coming from Warner Bros.

The 80th anniversary UK release of "Citizen Kane" has fewer special features than the Criterion set, but it features a lavish package.

Just did mine about 30 min ago because of this and have already received an e-mail reply that they have received my picture of the destroyed disc .

This despite the fact I am unlikely to ever look at the blu-ray since I am equipped for 4K.....

Coincidentally, I just sent my request in for the replacement on Saturday or Sunday. I got the automatic confirmation e-mail pretty much immediately.

I received an email saying that they can't get my replacement to Australia because the USPS won't send anything to Australia at the moment. They'll try to get it to me later in the year

When I started seeing posts about people receiving their replacement discs, I emailed Criterion to make sure they had received mine (I mailed mine back before they started the "send a photo of the destroyed disc" program). A very nice person named Kseniya replied within minutes that they did indeed receive it. My new copy and the $10 coupon arrived on the 27th last week.

Basically for what I bought all it covers is tax and shipping !
