Crazy Eddie has a questionable reputation at best. I have heard stories about them pulling the old bait and switch and about rude customer service personnel. Furthermore, they have had financial difficulties in the past, and at times, their store in New Jersey has been closed for reasons unknown. I won't buy from them because I consider it to be risky. Furthermore, they are not an authorized dealer.
