I have upgraditis.

I just got a new Yammy 3070, and have an SVS PC4000 on the way.

I want to replace my current speakers, with, I think, a 5.1.2 system. Budget,:$2-5K (US)

Anyone want to share their thoughts?

Speakers are very personal, so you want to audition them yourself.

Having said that, in the price range you are interested in, I'd look at Paradigm, KEF and ELAC for starters. They all have lines that range from the bottom to beyond the top of your budget range. Keep in mind that you can go higher end in the front three speakers, and use a lower line from the same company for surround. If you do want to do an Atmos system, I highly recommend doing it right, with in-ceiling or surface mounted ceiling speakers, rather than reflecting or just height ones.
