Sweet Jesus with marshmallows on top! This is shaping up to be better than I thought. Is it bad that this news gave me a bit of a chubb?

I've only saw this movie once and was disappointed. I thought it could have been a great movie. Great cast including a terrific turn by Stallone. But I felt like the movie itself suffered, yet I couldn't quite figure out why. I'll have to rent this to see if the director's cut is better. It's one of those movies I really wanted to be great.

Wow, they are adding a whole 116 minutes to this movie. That's awsome. Hope they can focus more on Officer Freddy some more.

I remember an interview with Stallone where he said they had to cut one scene of him rolling over in bed, because his belly was too large and too distracting. Hope I get to see this.

Holy Smokes, I can't wait! This is a brilliant cop drama - one of the best in the genre. I look forward to the bonus scenes and the commentary with Stallone and Robert Patrick.

I happen to find COP LAND quite a good, solid film, and one I am looking forward to add collection.

But I like it as it is. While I am interested in watching an extended cut, I'd rather they would include it as a seamless-branching option to the original theatrical cut.

Alas, I really doubt Miramax will do that.

I've seen several cover art pictures, and this looks to be a 2-Disc set also. Are there even enough extras to warrant this? Either way, I'm not complaining. The cover art is not that bad either.
