I just saw HEIST on the weekend, and when somebody gets killed, there's a dialogue exchange that was pretty cool:
VICTIM:Spoiler: don't you want to hear my last words?
    KILLER:Spoiler: i just did.
    *GUNSHOT*
it reminded me of an exchange in
    THE REPLACEMENT KILLERS:
VICTIM (he's the bad guy):Spoiler: your mother will die. your sister will die.
    KILLER:Spoiler: not in your lifetime.
    *GUNSHOT*
can anybody quote any other favourites?

The ending of 'Escape from L.A.' comes to mind. While a far inferior sequel over all, that ending kicked B-movie ass.

Actually, the last words from Jaws are:
Brody: I used to hate the water.
    Hooper: I can't imagine why.
    Also. from A Clockwork Orange:
    "I was cured alright."

What about "Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn,"--very cool. Or would that be, "After all, tomorrow is another day"--not so cool I guess.
