Cooking Question: Crispy Chicken Strips (1 Viewer)

My favorite way to make chicken.

1) coat with flour
2) dip in beat eggs
3) coated in (3/4 cornflakes sorta groundup - 1/4 parmasaen cheese)
4) have enough oil to at least cover half chicken pcs - flip as necessary


the parmaseam cheese relly adds flavor and the cornaflakes add crunch

Remember the oil level. Bear in mind it will rise when you add the chicken. Otherwise, hope you have some means of getting rid of an oil fire.

OR just use a heavy duty dutch oven instead of a cast-iron skillet.
