Cookies - What do I need to inform users? (1 Viewer)

I am going to be using a cookie to allow users to bypass an intro animation on my web site. Is there a generic piece of text that I can use to explain the use of cookies?

You know those security risk warnings that some sites post when they use cookies? What can I use to tell people about the cookie I am using?
