connecting vcr to front projector (1 Viewer)

Yeah, I know VHS will look cruddy via fp, but I have so much stuff on tape that I've gotta include a vcr in the ht set-up. Even though my tapes are all regular VHS, I'm wondering if I should buy an S-VHS player that also plays regular VHS, to take advantage of the s-video connection. Will s-video improve the quality enough over the composite connection I could do with my present vcr to make it worthwhile?

There should be some improvement, will it be enough to justify the purchase? You will be able to tell only after hooking it up.
