Is it better to run a y-splitter type rca cable to each of the two subs from the lfe out on the reciever or run one cable to one of the subs and run the other from the output of the first sub to the second. Also, if I am running a sub in the front between the center and the right tower and the second in the rear left corner, should the Sub settings be the same. as in gain and crossover?

Hi Jason,

First welcome to the Forum!

Splitting the signal to two subs is splitting the signal to two subs. It doesn’t matter how you configure the cables accomplish to it.

You will keep the same crossover setting, but the levels will have to be set independently. For instance, the one on the corner is going to be louder than the other one.
