Component Video conversion to S-Video or RBG? (1 Viewer)

I recently built my house and installed in-wall component video wiring from my AVR to my projector. My current projector only has input for S-Video or an RBG connector (9-pin serial connector). Not very good planning! Although I will upgrade my projector to a model with component video input, that won't happen soon. How can I convert the component video to either the S-video or RGB? I would think someone makes converters for this. If both conversion options are available, which would result in higher quality video? I am using this strictly for DVD movies, though I will try HDTV when I get that hardware later this year. My projector is a PLUS U2-1078 that uses DLP.

I would convert it to RGB. Component video is not necessarily an upgrade to RGB. Here's a converter you can use:
