hello,

can anyone give me some recommendations on component cables for my HDTV?

budget is prob around $100, looking for decent-good performance, any help into what to look for etc would be great!

Ken,
Do a search on E-Bay for Canare component.
There are many people there selling high quality Canare and Belden brand broadcast quality video cables. These will easily match monster cable quality.
With your budget you would probably even have enough money left over for a couple DVD's.
