Just wondering if anyone has compared these two recievers. If so what are your thoughts, and which one would you recommend?

i have the Onkyo and i'd have to say a major factor in deciding was the remote. the Onkyo's is standard, while the Denon's is less than pathetic IMHO. just look at it. i know this isn't much to most people, but it helped sway me.
i'd also check out the Marantz 4200 and/or 5200...those are fine receivers.

I have the Integra 5.2 which is based on the 595 (with a few extra's). It sounds great and I do like the remote(mine's backlit). The Denon 1602 and the Marantz 5200 would also be good choices. I don't think you can go wrong with any of them.
