Your link to Diabolik shows The Man Who Laughs as both Region B and out of stock. Flicker Alley still offers a Region A Blu-ray (for much less on its website than the amazon price). The Masters of Cinema Region B Blu-ray (albeit with a different cover) is available on amazon.

This is the Eureka edition set for preorder, that's why it say "out of stock". It's not oos, just in preorder status. I have the Flicker Alley edition, it's amazing. I always keep me eyeys open for the BBD, LOL!!
