I've been away a couple times this summer and received two selections of the month. One I sent back in July and never got a refund for. The other I just got now. Is there away I can send this one back and put "Return to Sender" (or something like that) on the box so I don't have to pay shipping again?

I've done this before. I just put refused on the box, dropped it in the mail box and it was shipped back at no charge.
