I know there is a url to go to for your first online order from CH which gives you $5 off, but I think I lost the address. Does anyone have it?

This was not a bad deal. Since CH is having a 10% off sale this weekend I was able to finish my commitment pretty cheaply, since they actually consider the purchase price before the 10% and $5 off. I got the SEs of The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly and A Room with a View for $41 delivered, which is less than you can get them normally, but it also fulfilled my commitment.
