According to our buddies over at TVShowsOnDVD.com
The classic '80's sitcom comes to DVD on June 13th. Apparently season one will be released on SINGLE SIDED DVDS!
Also there will be a "limited edition"
Count me in for that one!!!
Finally it's time to do "the wave"
Way to go Universal!!

Is COACH big enough to warrant a regular version and a "limited edition"?

COACH played a big part of my day during middle school and high school. I'd wake up in the morning before school and the first thing I'd do was watch COACH reruns on TBS. I'd probably pick this up.

I've been waiting for this one. Though $40 for 13 episodes? I would expect this kind of price from HBO.

"Coach" was charming for its first few seasons, but it got really bad toward the end. Can you believe this show lasted for NINE seasons?

In one of the later seasons, Entertainment Weekly's Fall TV Preview issue gave "Coach" maybe the coldest capsule preview/review I've ever seen:

Interesting choice from Universal, especially considering the field they had to choose from. Coach was a bomb in syndication, with some station managers having openly discussed how it was one of the most ill-advised and expensive program purchases they ever made.

I would purchase Seasons 1-7. When they went to Florida, it should have ended.

I loved the earlier seasons of Coach. I'll probably pick this up if it isn't too expensive.

Another overpriced DVD set from Universal

Decent show...I might have considered buying it if the price were lower...

I am shocked that the set is $39.99 for 13 episodes, from the same company that is giving us full season sets, complete with bonus episodes for Gimme A Break and Charles In Charge for less...

Oh well, at least it'll do better than Kate And Allie, trust me there
