Clue The Movie Blu-ray: My Sony doesn't even recognize it as a Blu-ray disk. (1 Viewer)

It says, "Cannot operate this disk." I did the firmware upgrade and it did not help. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue. Tomorrow I will take it to a friends house to test it out, to see if I had a bad disk but I figured that if this is a known issue, someone would chime in.

I've got a Sony player and it played fine for me. If the disc plays on your friend's player, maybe it's a firmware issue that hasn't been corrected yet and will be on the next update.

 

Played fine in my friend's cheapo player. Called Sony, tried some troubleshooting, and was told that he would send the info and that it would hopefully be fixed by the next firmware upgrade.
