    So what do you have to do to find happiness?

    Great article - finally, a way for making people happier without focusing, Soprano-style, on the negative things that occurred in our lives.

    The article covers so much ground, I'm not sure where to begin.

    I see people doing that kind of lowering and lowering a lot to explain why they're happy with so much product coming out of Hollywood.

    That reminds me of the scene in the grocery store in the first episode of Desperate Housewives, when what's-her-name (Lynette? the one with the triplet hellions and the baby) bumps into an old colleague of hers.

    Paraphrase: "So, how is motherhood treating you?"
    *Pause* "It's wonderful!"
