Cleaning the inside of the lenticular screen? (1 Viewer)

What should I use to clean off spots on the inside of the lenticular screen of my RPTV? The spots have been there forever, but I only see them on bright intense scenes, so I never did anything about them, but I think it's time now.

Are the spots between the Fresnel and the lenticular? Just use warm water ... or even your breath first. Do not use windex.
